SETTING BOUNDARIES
Dear Diary,
I have a lot on my plate this semester but it’s hard for me to say no. I take on more things constantly because I’m afraid of letting my professors down, or friends and coworkers that count on me. What people don’t know is that I’ve been experiencing anxiety since last fall. I’m working on setting boundaries, but even though I tell myself not to keep adding more things on my plate, I always find myself doing the exact opposite. I should seek professional help, but sometimes I just tell myself I’m the only person that can figure out my own stuff and need to learn how to deal with it.
