WHAT’S THE POINT?

Dear Diary,

Why are we putting ourselves in so much debt with the idea that we will get a job? Even someone with 3 years of experience in 1 is not getting hired, businesses are still requiring candidates to have at least 5 years to be even be considered. This is ridiculous. Also, the amount of wage increase is not matching the amount of inflation. So many people feel like they should go back to school and get another degree. Most of the time, it’s not the major you picked, it is not your job, it’s the system that you are a part of.
